Stephanie Mack


Stephanie N. Mack joined the firm in 2013 and practices in the area of family and probate law.  Ms. Mack began her legal career in 2003 when she graduated from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, with honors.  Ms. Mack then worked at the Fifth Judicial Circuit as a staff attorney.  In her position as a staff attorney, Ms. Mack learned the importance of thoroughly researching her legal position and also practiced her writing skills which has greatly benefited her work in private practice.   

After working as a staff attorney for two years, Ms. Mack went into private practice with a small firm in Gainesville, Florida.  In private practice, Ms. Mack began to focus her career on family and probate law.  

In 2011, Ms. Mack became board certified in marital and family law.  Board certification is a process offered by the Florida Bar to identify specialists in a particular area of law.  In order to be board certified, Ms. Mack went through a stringent process to show she met the requirements, including sufficient litigation experience, she was then peer reviewed by local attorneys and judges and passed the written exam.  The Florida Bar reports that only 6% of Florida’s attorneys are board certified.  As a board certified marital and family law attorney, Ms. Mack is prepared to handle the most difficult family law cases.

In 2013, Ms. Mack joined the Law Office of Silverman, Mack & Associates as a partner.  Ms. Mack continues to practice family law and also practices probate law throughout the state of Florida.    Ms. Mack’s probate practice is primarily limited to probate administration, including summary administration, formal administration, ancillary administration and other forms of probate administration.  

Ms. Mack believes it is extremely important to educate clients on the legal process to empower her clients to make the best possible decision for their case.  Ms. Mack attempts to settle each case in the most efficient and cost effective manner.  However when settlement is not possible, Ms. Mack will be well prepared to defend her clients in court.     

In her free time, Ms. Mack enjoys reading fiction books, exercising, and scary movies.
